Deep in the Rhineland, an overburdened film director dictates erotic vignettes to his pretty secretary, including a slender black woman who goes down on a girl and two guys.  It's trippy to hear her blather in German during this Blitzkrieg.  Patricia, a "veteran dike," agrees to perform head, which is followed by more oral madness and a rollicking orgy involving the entire cast.
