We learned a new term as of last issue's Hardwares Supplement: "erotic grotesque" - and that certainly describes La Blue Girl, an 18-year-old cutie who's the descendant of a long line of monster fighters. With the death of her grandmother, a truce has been broken, so the bad guys, er, monsters, sprouting monster cocks from every orifice, attack our heroine and her sister. Though the action is explicit, the animation is noticeably inferior to other Japanimation tapes we've seen. Stock if this genre is popular in your area.
