Those of you who have always fantasized about what it would be like to fuck a midget might want to look elsewhere. Though this flick does have quite a bit of oral sex performed both by and on little people, their primary roles aren't nearly as interesting. Additionally, the music and sound effects are more appropriate to a polka dance tape. Little Sweet Heart gives good head, but two decent blow jobs can't save the whole picture.
