When someone has to subtitle moans and cries, you know you're in trouble.  Hing Sze is a nurse who can't decide who she enjoys more, a doctor or a patient.  While this vid is shot well, it suffers from poor audio and too much attention to an incomprehensible story line.  Dr. Who is more pleasing to the eye than the genitals.
