Four dramatic vignettes, centered around hookers and their mostly-couples tricks.  Performers routinely address the viewer in unheard-to-the-others asides.  Scenes build deliberately and feature dialogue that lets the performers, familiar veterans and new faces alike, show off their acting.  Sex scenes are hot, and include anal in every scene as advertised.

The fine hand of veteran director Henri Pachard is in evidence throughout, like Vegas sucking Fontana in the foreground as Sinn sucks a strap-on in the background.  Sinn later butt-fucks Fontana with the strap-on, keeping with the all-anal theme.  Lighting and camerawork are above average, and editor Victor Raskol does usual blue-ribbon composition.
