Shades of Patty Hearst.  The kidnapped daughters (Cole and Renee) of a millionaire are held for ransom and tortured to get the whereabouts of their old man.  Star Chandler and Isadora Rose interrogate their victims most indelicately, first stripping them, then hanging them from the yardarm, then beating their asses to a tantalizing bondage hue.

Rose fucks up during the course of events and gets tied to a warehouse pallet and strapped.  Choice camera angles and squeamish realism makes this feature a richly-rewarding turn-on.
