A soldier (Clark) woos a rich widow so that she can make big time contributions to the state's war chest. "Based" on the operetta of the same name in the same way that French fries are international cuisine, MW1 has all the costumes and mansions one could possibly cram into a 90-minute period picture.
The sexual "cramming", despite plentiful anal and facial shots, is also just window dressing. Explicit, but passionless. However, MW1 has some decent hand-held camerawork, the girls are pretty and the box is designed well.
