Unlike Risqué Burlesque, this isn't a spoof, so the "classic" blackout sketches get old pretty fast.  Hell, they were rusty back during the Roosevelt Administration -- the first one!  However, a good butt-plugging is received by Julie Rage (who obviously likes getting short-armed up the heinie more than Gant and Steele like giving it to her) and an absolutely scorching tryst between orgasmic Ruby and "give 'til ya plotz" Randy West redeem the vid.
