Poorly staged "interview segments" are interspersed with Dr. Bross' comments and Krista walking around half-dressed and masturbating. The couple talks, alone and together, to the camera about their feelings and how their sex life changed with Krista became pregnant. Bross yammers a lot of feel-good sensitivity stuff that would be obvious to any man who can walk erect and use utensils when he eats.

The gist is that Wayne became a de-sexualized jerk when his wife started to show. Bross counseled them, and after about twenty minutes, Wayne and Krista screw in your basic male/female non-anal scene.
