Both stories are engrossing, the first a tale of two tax collectors (played by Eden Wells and Jewell Marceau) who happen to be doing work for Ms. Sinclaire. Both of them get a little curious and snoop around the dominatrix's dungeon, only to be given a heavy treatment of leather-clad punishment.

Both Marceau and Wells are stunning specimens, and Sinclaire puts them through some merciless submission work.
