We'd follow the sultry Roxanne Hall anywhere -- even into a papier-mâché handbasket bound for the very depths of Mr. Greene's cardboard-walled Hell. Unfortunately, this volume travels down the frosty road, fraught with minor spankings, croppings, etc. "Tame" is the operative word.
