Horny real estate agents come on to prospective home buyers in two vignettes, but the results won't clinch the sale.  The loud organ music, which sounds like it's from a John Carpenter film, makes it nigh impossible to hear any dialogue or moans and groans.  In the second scene, both of the male performers experience major wood difficulties, even though an enthusiastic blonde gives their willies the old college try.
