Dizzy Blonde has an active imagination when it comes to a pretty girl in his apartment complex. he can't get her out of his mind, which is sort of a problem since she seems to have a boyfriend and he keeps boinking his ex-girlfriend. The acting is tepid and the story predictable, but the non-explicit sex is steamy enough to satisfy those who find watching the old in-out-in-out a bit too rich for their blood.
