Nici Sterling is the daughter(!) of business tycoon Wilde Oscar.  She wants to lend a hand with the family business, but dear old dad would rather see her enjoy the life he's made for her.  "Go out and spend my money," he tells her with a smile.

Soon, though, circumstances dictate that Nici take over her pop's commercial empire while he recovers from what seems to be a feigned heart attack.  Once she takes the reins, Nici has no trouble running roughshod over the competition.

And, of course, everybody gets laid.

Morgan Fairlane takes a nice d.p. from T.T. Boy and Peter North, who over the years have combined to plug more holds than a platoon of little Dutch boys.  In the closer, Jonathan Morgan tops off a marriage proposal by dipping into Ms. Sterling's snare-drum ass.
