The East of the title refers to Eastern Europe, not the Far East. My guess is Poland or Czechoslovakia, but wherever it is, it's near a military base because all the guys are in exceptional condition and sport crewcuts. And you know that can't be the style, there or anywhere. The girls are distinctively attractive, in a natural and non-surgical way. Attractive probably isn't the word; how about gorgeous? And do they love to fuck? These girls wouldn't know the word "shame" if is slapped them in the face. There's no way to match the faces with the names, but it really doesn't matter.
The guys are not as uniformly beautiful, bet they do achieve some masterful timber, even if they seem to be a tad indifferent in the process. It may just be a cultural thing. In the West we make a show of everything. Everyone wants to be a star. Over there, it's just nature taking its course. That's why they love to film scenes in public. Why not? Here a couple does it on a tram, and the other passengers couldn't care less. Probably happens every day. There's also a threeway in the forest. On a tennis court. In the kitchen with a whipped-cream-eating exchange. So it's not the most imaginative stuff in the world. To use a word rarely heard in porn, it's sweet. Tough if you don't like it.
