Dr. Markus has a lovely little psychiatric hospital by Lake Balaton, Hungary, where he ministers to people with sexual dysfunction.  His clients sit in a semi-circle and share their secrets - or have them wrenched from them, thus allowing viewers inside their deliciously sick little minds.  Monica and Attila, for instance, enjoy picking up young men and having her fuck them.  Their problem comes afterwards, when Attila gets jealous.

Lest you think this video is all about sex, however, there is a subplot.  A murderer appears to be picking off current and ex members of Dr. Markus' therapy circle.  Who could it be?  Who's that girl who's sucking him in his car?  Is it a conflict of interest for the detective to fuck the deceased's sister?  Who cares?  The sex is great, the visuals are lush and Lake Balaton looks like a great place to visit.
