Now we know why it takes so long for nurses to answer that damn call button. They're all off with each other in the empty rooms doing unsanitary (but really fun) things to one another.
There's no plot to distract from the sexual healing, just the sound of cooing, moaning, and the occasional thunder clap. Big thumbs up for having gorgeous black women of a variety of shapes and sizes from ultra slim to pleasantly plush. Skin tones run a respectable spectrum as well. Worth a look.
