In After the Swim Meet, director McKay uses about 20 minutes of what looks like home-video footage that was shot at a real-life swim meet to pad out a film that features three uninspired scenes.
There's one long sequence with smooth newbie Tony Cicone, where he jerks off and has sex with a faceless partner. An alleyway encounter between Seth Black and Leo Masters is a bit better, and young Emon closes the film with a boring jerk off session. All three sex scenes are lackluster and poorly paced. In general, McKay allows scenes to go on too long. The obvious handheld camerawork is sloppy at times, and the focus isn't always sharp.
This Swim Meet is all wet.
