Two featurettes, one casual, one dramatic.
Emma Rose isn't quite sure what to wear to "The Costume Party," so she models some selections for galpal Kenna James, including a yellow bikini, diaphanous miniskirt and fairy wings—just like what James is already wearing—but Rose offers to show James one final option ... and emerges nude, wearing nothing but a hard-on, and asking, "You like my costume?" James' surprised I-didn’t-know reaction is followed by a low, "Yes, I do," as she gets up from the bed and gives Rose a slow, tentative kiss, leading to a just-between-friends casual bed bounce. With a twist. (At one point James says, "I was thinking of doing this after the party," leading both of them to laugh.) Afterwards, they dress up in the matching fairy-wing outfits, with Rose barely able to conceal her tumescence under her G-string.
In "Transference," Jean Hollywood tells Casey Calvert, "Things are generally in an okay spot," as Calvert takes notes. Calvert asks Hollywood about "exploring your sexuality ... would you like to talk about that?" Hollywood admits to rejecting labels like gender fluid, gender non-conforming, non-binary: "Those are all labels that feel like they're meant for other people. They feel alien to me ... it's frustrating." Calvert says she can relate, because she had trouble defining herself as a lesbian before coming out. When Calvert says this is a safe space and she will help any way she can, Hollywood chokes out, "I ... like ... you." When Calvert explains transference, Hollywood scoffs: "Great. Another label." And when Calvert says, "I have to remain professional ... if we go down this road it's going to change things."
Hollywood looks at her. "At one of our last sessions you said, 'Change is good.'"
A beat.
"Fair point," Calvert says, transferring herself from her chair to join Hollywood on the couch.
Excellent cinematography and well-chosen music add value to both scenes.
