Whether or not you liked Warren Beatty's four-color Dick Tracy, you'll enjoy this excellent parody. Kurt Hurst is stoic Tickling Dick, on the trail of Fast Eddy (Anthony Lawton). Wrinkle-Face Ralph and Big Nose Benny (also Lawton) send Dick to such lovely ladies as Juicy Lucy (Lita), the two-bit hooker who keeps on giggling while he's tickling.

Later on, Dick meets the High Class Hooker (Shelby) in his office. When she insists she doesn't know Eddy's whereabouts, Dick ties, strips and tickles her until she gasps for breath. Finally, Dick ties Lumpy Lil (Desi DeAngelo) to Eddy's car and tickles her until she spills the beans. In the end, Dick gets his man.

The sets and costumes are unbelievable, and all the actors perform well. This video is terrific!
