Monica Regius has allowed her cat to run loose in the neighborhood, so it's up to Mary Lu of the SPCA to train the owner. Mary handcuffs Monica to a steam radiator, first dressed, then undressed. They move outside so that Monica can learn "what it's like to be an animal." Monica, bound and gagged with scarfs, slides down a wood stair­case. When Mary Lu hogties her on a rug, the scene is stolen by a wayward cat. They go back inside for more bondage, followed by whipping and a paddling. After all the punishment, Monica remains unbroken.

The premise is unique enough, but the long solo scenes of Monica gagged and struggling are boring.
