Synopsis

Reformed bad boy Simon (Oliver Flynn) thinks he's going on a voyage of self-discovery to become a better man, but he finds far more than he bargained for. After his ex-girlfriend Bree (Kenna James) directs him to a little island off the coast, Simon is quickly apprached by the mysterious Lola (Luna Star), who invites him back to her Bohemian household of beautiful women (Ariana Van X and Zaawaadi) who make a habit of picking up strays ... and sharing them with each other. But something sinister lies within the walls of the exotic home, and what seems like a dream vacation might just be Simon's last trip.

Reviews

When Kenna James touts an island resort to ex-boyfriend Oliver Flynn, the portentous music tells the viewer it might not be the carefree getaway that James described. When he gets there, his attempt to put up a tent on the beach is interrupted by Luna Star, who invites him back to her beachside house, where they interrupt Ariana Van X and Danny D. getting together. Star leads Flynn to a bedroom, massaging his feet and purring, "We like to take care of our guests," before leaving him alone and walking in on Van X and D. in flagrante. When Van X takes D's dick out of her mouth long enough to ask, "You don’t mind if she watches?" D. is agreeable and Star keeps her distance, only jumping in to help Van X clean off her face.

The next morning, Star and Van X invite Flynn to a picnic. When they start grabbing at each other, Flynn is uncomfortable, and being told he can't get back to the mainland because the ferries aren’t running on the weekend—and getting a dismissive, "His friends picked him up," when he asks where D. went—doesn't make it any better. The viewer is further bothered by a meanwhile-back-at-the-house scene where Zaawaadi loots cash and a cell phone from Flynn's backpack and stows them in a cabinet already filled with cash and cell phones, before cutting back to Van X and Star's sex scene already in progress as Flynn watches them before excusing himself.

When Flynn returns to the house, he introduces himself to Zaawaadi, to which she responds by taking his fingers deep in her mouth. He says he's taking a break from women, upon which she smilingly and silently kneels down, opens his pants, and starts to suck him. His resolve to take a break from women doesn’t last. When she waves bye-bye, he starts to explore the house and finds the cash cabinet, putting two and two together and finding his depleted backpack. His angry confrontation with Star leads to her dismissing his concerns and suggesting he calm down as she seduces him by the pool, and when they're joined by the sudden appearance of Kenna James, she tells him, "Just relax and let it happen."

The grim nature of what's going on here is obliquely implied in an epilogue that ends with James, Star and Van X throwing a stack of men's clothing into a fire on the beach.

Tech credits great across the board, with excellent photography and enthusiastic albeit zipless sex scenes, but the pessimistic nature of the payoff may disappoint some ... even though they were warned by the title.
