Pastor Tommy Pistol is ready to marry Small Hands and Jane Wilde at his nondenominational church, but Small Hands is having second thoughts about doing it so fast. "I know," Wilde points out, putting his hands toward her abdomen, "but we have to do it before I start showing." She encourages him to have a final blowout at a strip club before they tie the knot: "For all they'll know, I lost my virginity on our wedding night." 

At the club he catches the eye of stripper Aubrey Kate, who leads him to the stage and then to the VIP room, where they have sex in a scene uninterrupted by a shock revelation or surprised reaction. At the conclusion, Kate spews black smoke from her mouth straight into Hands' face. The next morning, Wilde is alone at the altar with Small Hands nowhere in evidence. Pistol tries to reassure her that "it's part of God's plan," but she's not buying it: "He's missing!" 

When Wilde goes to the strip club and asks Kate where he is, she responds, "Don't ask questions if you don’t want to know the answer," and has the bouncers eject her. In the strip club dressing room, Kate confronts Small Hands with his disloyalty to his fiancée, telling him, "You're part of the club now," as he surveys a new hand tattoo near the wrist where he's shackled to the furniture. In the club, stripper Joanna Angel does some recruiting of her own, dragging Zac Wild and Mick Blue on stage and fucking them before giving them the smoke initiation. 

Back at the church, Wilde prays for Small Hands to return, and Pastor Tommy gets the whole story from her, first apparently accepting, then confronting: "You, yourself, gave in to the powers of temptation! He's not coming back. That's your penance." When Wilde says she'd "do anything" to get forgiven, Pastor Tommy has an opportunity for her. Afterwards, when he casually says, "God has taken care of your little problem," and she sees blood running down her thigh, she freaks out and runs outside to her car. When Pastor Tommy follows her and asks, "Where are you going?" she revs the engine and heads straight for him. 

Wilde heads back to the strip club and confronts Angel: "Where is he?!" Angel breezily replies, "We're actually getting really bored of him, so you can have him back," and takes her back to the dressing room where Kate has just released him. A three-way confrontation follows, with Kate taunting Wilde—"He wanted me. He settled for you."—and Wilde resignedly saying, "Take what you want," and Kate echoing it to him: "Take when you want." When Hands sits Wilde down and says, "Open your mouth," she goes along, and when Wilde says, "Treat me like a whore," Kate sashays over, saying, "This seems like it's going to be a fun time," and giving Wilde another cock to suck. The ending that follows is not happy.

The dark images mesh well with the dark story being told here. Not exactly the stuff of nightmares, but still disturbing.
