A non-nonsense opening slide establishing the locale as "Somewhere in Essex" is followed by "Let's meet the Swingers :)" as the dramatis personae feminae are introduced—first dressed, then in action—intercut with Champagne corks popping and flute glasses clinking. 

Honour introduces herself as a recent widow ("Don’t worry, no sympathy—he was 83") who wanted more excitement in her life "and soon I was fanny-deep in cock." She is followed by Baby and Amber D, who introduce themselves and then join John, a middle-aged dude who we first see observing himself shirtless in his bathroom crowing, "You lucky fucker." Soon the three surround John on a leather couch, strip down to bra-and-knickers, and go to town on him, and he on them.

Scene two follows the same format, at Amber Jayne's mansion ("I wanted it Tudor style: Classy, expensive ... just like me") and boudoir ("This is where the magic happens"). Amber's husband Antonio says that he and Amber love swinging, and they visit John and wife Demi for a get-together. John lays out for this one—he's probably beat after the afternoon—as Antonio has his way with both wives.

Suitably rested, John takes on four women in the finale: "The missus has given me a free pass, and I'm going to fill my boots," he confides to camera. The quintupling takes place on a granite-topped kitchen island. After a clever blackout gag when Jayne propositions the cameraman, Antonio is pressed into service with six women in the cast. 

Low production values—with overlit images, echoey sound and action apparently improvised on the spot—are compensated by natural bodies and enthusiastic sex performed by real-people Brits plus a token American.
