Tongue in cheek (nicely positioned there, BTW) ex-girlfriend humor begins with the outlandish idea that long-together couple Jade Baker and Avi Love break up when Love admits to dating supermodel Gianna Dior. Heartbroken and constantly crying, Baker eventually takes a Malibu vacation where she runs across her ex, Love, with Dior—and they also just happen to be in the room next door and Baker is forced to have to listen to their lovemaking through the paper-thin walls.

Baker finds comfort in the maid, Vina Sky, who is there to serve her every needs. This evolves into both ex-girlfriends listening to the other through the wall and both trying to outdo, or outperform, the other.

Gianna “fucking” Dior, as she refers to herself, spoiled supermodel, is then angry that Love faked an orgasm for her ex’s benefit, so she brings the maid to their room for a threesome. Afterwards, being the diva that she is, Dior storms out of the room, leaving Love and Baker both alone on opposite sides of the wall in their own rooms, crying their eyes out. They then get back together for a final scene.

This bounces between being a comedy and tragedy with some strong girl/girl performances carved amidst the “ex” laments. Don’t watch it just for the sex; everything is worth seeing.
