Reviews

Will Ryder must have been in porn heaven with such an extensive cast of performers—both sex and non-sex—in this comedy that is centered around wacky Tommy Pistol, a hospital and plenty of excuses for sex. Plus, obviously pretty high production values, background music reminiscent of sitcoms of many years past and a script full of side jokes and straight-on chuckles all hit the mark head-on.

Pistol, looking like a lost lumberjack in the big city, is the deadbeat son of Sarah Vandella and Brad Armstrong. He panhandles on the streets, sponges off the parents at home, and eventually gets arrested. It turns out that Pistol needs to find gainful employment in order to lessen his jail sentence, and he ends up being hired at the hospital thanks to James Bartholet and his God-awful toupee ... only his inflated résumé lands him a job as a doctor in the ER, rather than the janitor position he thinks he's interviewing for.

From there it is a comedy of errors as Pistol tries to pull off the new job. Clueless, he finds himself in many really funny situations—the best being a great performance by Misty Stone, who while getting an enema from Pistol shoots her diarrhea straight-on into his face and later complains about him having his fist up her ass.

Kenzie Reeves as a slutty little sister does a great job flirting with everyone and doing Jake Adams. Riley Steele, Pistol’s love interest, is coupled with Chad White rather than Pistol—leaving Pistol to take care of Savannah Sixx ... quite well, actually. In all, seven sex scenes manage to weave their way into this elaborate, humorous plot written by Ryder.

Armstrong proves he really knows his stuff around a very vocal Vandella and gives some great acting in the process with all of his interactions. Bartholet and Frank Bukkwyd likewise do a fine job keeping everything moving. A brief and rare non-sex appearance by Christy Canyon is an added surprise.

Ryder must have known that he had a winner here—the sex and the non-sex performances are equally enjoyable.
