Manuel Ferrara retains the theme of the previous editions of this long-running series. That would be, in addition to the raw footage, just him and a girl and a tripod in simple room settings that capture the two of them getting laid. Occasionally he hand-holds the camera for brief POV segments which, with his lightly shaking camera, provide a more realistic and personal feeling to the lust.

It begins with the only anal scene, and Keira Croft provides the backdoor entrance for Ferrara’s fervent fingers and dick to explore once her buttplug expander does its job. 

Brooklyn Gray thinks she has Ferrara wrapped around her little finger while she lays on her back on the bed, legs spread and fingering herself so she'll be wide-opened and pussy-ready, but Ferrara, always in control, flips her over and does her from behind.
