Business affairs are the order of the day in The Merger. AVN 2002 Female Performer of the Year Nikita Denise stars as a high-powered CEO and Randy Spears plays the corporate raider out to acquire her (and her company too) in another slick feature shot in high-definition format by Nicholas Steele.
The sex takes a while to get started, with only a short b.j. teaser, sans pop shot, between Spears and his wife (Avy Scott) during the opening credits. The first sex scene is rather random (but spicy) between two corporate underlings in Denise's hotel suite.
Scott is understandably concerned that her husband is a bit too interested in Denise; he tries his best to prove otherwise in a nice multipositional scene rolling around in the marital bed.
Nonetheless, after his wife is asleep, he rings up Denise, who's about to get it on with her assistant, Steve Holmes. They make a date for the next day. Holmes then shows how able an assistant he can be, sucking Denise's toes; she gives him a good footjob before pulling him up to bury his face between her legs. Then they clear the coffee table and have a rough frolic; before long, he's begging to come on her face.
It is soon apparent that Denise is as hot for Spears as she is for him, when she shows up at the boardroom in a blue sequined dress to, uh, consummate the deal. Spears has set out candles and champagne for her, but while their tryst is hot in an animalistic sense, it's hardly romantic - culminating in a reverse cowgirl anal and Spears being jerked off between Denise's legs.
