The very rigid "schoolgirl" in the first scene is fondled and then undressed down to her socks, which are left on to hide the toe tag from the morgue. The catatonic coupling between her and her mortician is a logical prelude to the second scene; an interview done in Japanese in which a young woodsmen with flaring nostrils, shallow breathing and grunted responses convinces the audience that he is in heat and not thinking too clearly. He manages to scoop a spoonful of "cottage cheese" from his partner's coochie and eats it. Displaying it on his tongue before his eyes water and he gasps like a dying crewman on the crippled nuclear sub K-19.
However the final scene may justify the decision to carry this item because it makes no sense at all, but could be a great icebreaker at fraternity parties: An Asian Tony Robbins-type gets two girls to go through a series of incomprehensible exercises.
