Despite the box cover puns about "getting very dirty" and being "heavy metal hardcore," the marginally above-average Industrial Sex is really a middle of the road, couples-friendly all sexer with an Old School feel right down to the hair band-sounding score. When's the last time, for instance, you saw a tape without a single facial?
Handsomely produced with vignette-lite scenes that are atmospherically shot, the tape, showcasing Shayla LaVeaux, Jenna Haze and other members of JKP's first-rate stable of eye candy, is prettier to look at than it is to stroke to.
Still, there are some hot, frenzied moments such as in scene two when Nakita Cash screams bloody murder while getting reamed by Billy Glide or two scenes later when woman-child Haze loudly squeaks with pleasure while getting plowed by Dillion Day as big-titted Friday plays with herself.
Then there are the more lukewarm scenes - the Haze/LaVeaux/Ashton Moore opener and the LaVeaux/Marty Romano biker number a bit later - that will get viewers up, but not necessarily off. Viewers won't even get it up, however, for the fast-forwardable Crystal Carter/Chris Cannon closer. It, like long portions of other scenes, violates Porno 101 cannon by obliterating the performers' moans and groans with that damn Poison-type noize. And we'd much rather rock out to the sounds of sex.
