There are no Ray Harryhausen special effects in this tale of Samson - but then again, none of Harryhausen's creatures ever got to boff the Amazon queen, either. Shot on 35mm film, this tale focuses on Hercules' valiant quest to save Samson from the beautiful Amazons who plan on fucking and then killing him. Not half bad. This Euro-treatment of the classic heroes is dubbed no more poorly than any mainstream offering, has a gorgeous box cover, excellent costumes and settings.
What's got the Amazons so worked up are the golden apples involved in a competition to judge the most beautiful goddess. Hera lost and she's enlisted her in seeking revenges. The apples are still loose, apparently, and one that finds its way into the castle of Priam inspires ass-inclusive lust. The fight scenes in this film are laughable, being more about foreplay than anything else. First Hercules gets it on with his girlfriend and then, once on the road to victory, gets down and nasty on a set of beautiful Hydras and the queen of the Amazons - among others. Samson looks swell in a Greek chiton but isn't much use in a fight. Nonetheless, he unsheathes his penis and quickly has an Amazon babe on the ground. Soon Hercules and Samson are running safely out of the village and off to further video adventures.
