This documentary is shot at Mardi Gras, where hundreds of women flash their tits for beads and for fun. A few dozen uninhibited revelers show off their pussies and asses, too, as the camera operator goes up girls' skirts. We watch flashing in bars, cars, in the middle of the street in daylight and on the dance floor.

There is also a ton of footage of girls being air brushed while topless. The person who captured this stuff spotted all types of women: young, old, thin and voluptuous. But none of the content is extraordinary in any way.
