One sleepless night, Kylie Ireland gets out of bed and starts watching TV, dozing on and off between changing channels: she's the femme fatale in the western barroom who's the cause of stress between Joel Lawrence and Pat Myne; Brad Armstrong is a Kung Fu master in a badly-dubbed chop socky epic; a caveman movie with Lee Stone, Calli Cox, and the single cheesiest pterodactyl ever put before a camera; Kylie again, getting chased by a hockey-mask-wearing clown wielding a chainsaw, and taking refuge with mountain man Kyle Stone; a cheesy infomercial offering a new exciting career selling dildos door-to-door; a war movie with Jason McCain as a wounded GI attended by a Red Cross nurse - or is he dead?
Morgan's wit and eye for clichs serves him well here as writer and director. Couples-friendly and clever, this should please everyone who is familiar with Ireland and/or Morgan.
