The travails of a junior realtor working her way up in a male-dominated office. Call it Glengarry Glen Chatsworth.

Gia Paige is the junior realtor, bumping her head against the glass ceiling, doing assistant jobs in the office while the male salesmen fuck around, sometimes literally. She conspires with Mercedes Carrera (a six-year veteran who is still working reception) to push themselves ahead in the firm: "They play dirty? We play dirty."

As the male realtors get caught with their pants down and fired for not closing sales, Carerra offers company owner John Strong a soothing massage with her "personal masseuse"—Carrera herself, taking one for the team. When the blindfold slips off and Strong realizes it's Carrera, she snaps, "I had to take a second job to make ends meet." Paige and Carrera are promoted to full-fledged realtors, and Paige even gets a confession from colleague Logan Pierce that if he had promoted her earlier, she would have left for a better gig. She winds up getting $5 million in sales in six months—and Pierce, in a closing sex scene.

Dramatic tension interleaved with humorous elements (like when Ryan Ryder tries to convince a reluctant buyer in a horizontal encounter) add up to a clever offering. Ideal for couples.
