Noo-Yawk broads do bondage in this sub-par fetish release. Horribly glaring, blown-out lighting and poor sound quality don't enhance the unconvincing performances, and the sluggish action is unlikely to impress enthusiasts. The domineering Debbie Harry look-alike of the title is an arousing presence (especially in her outfit with the word 'Bitch' printed all over it), but the half-hearted shows of resistance from sub Nikki make this less than compelling viewing.

The uninspired premise has cleaning girl Nikki accused of neglecting the household chores; naturally, homeowner Blondie feels compelled to administer punishment by tying her to the kitchen tabletop. Clothespins and flogging figure prominently in the discipline, which continues in a separate setup as Nikki's tied to a chair. Surprise twist ending reveals a nude male slave hanging in the closet; turns out he's the plumber. After further abuse, Blondie leaves her two victims shackled together and mockingly throws them a cookie on her way out. "She's crazy," Nikki says to the plumber. "Yeah, she really is," he glumly intones. The End.
