What happens when pretty girls get behind on their rent and get served with eviction notices by predatory landlords? Pretty much the same thing that happens when they can't pay for the pizza, if this production is any indication.

Moka Mora goes from "I can't get evicted" to "Give me more time" to "Promise you won't evict me?" as she teasingly licks her lips while stroking the guy's cock. She remains pouty and reluctant, fixing the camera with angered glares throughout, but ending on an up note as she offers to pay the rent that way again next month. Lily Adams plays the starving-student card, and then reacts with outrage at the eviction notice and the landlord's proffered remedy: "Put that thing away! I don't want to see that! It's fucking huge! Put that thing back in your pants!" He grabs her head and pulls her to him, and she reluctantly gives in—but she doesn't like it, especially when he waves the eviction notice in front of her face and says, "Use that for motivation." She comes around, and suggests with a smile that he return tomorrow "for your late fee."

Lily Jordan and Charity Crawford are kissing as Justin Hunt peeps on them ("What are they, fuckin' dykes?") and he narrates the action before surprising them with an eviction notice. They say they haven’t gotten a previous notice, he says they have, they resist ("You are so gross") but start in on each other at Hunt's direction and are soon double-sucking his dick, albeit reluctantly and defiantly ("You are still so fucking gross ... is this what you do to guys when they don't pay rent?") and the tension holds throughout the scene. In the closer, Christiana Cinn plays a realtor, upset that a client just put off their meeting for 90 minutes. She lies down on a bed for a finger-quickie and is surprised by a fellow realtor, also checking out the house. Caught, she says, "Don't say anything to my boss!" and the other realtor presses his advantage.

Despite the brightly-lit casual-sex look, scenes play with a hard edge instead of the lighthearted jokey attitude that is often found in blackmail/pay-for-the-pizza scenarios. Recommend with caution.
