Art professor Haru deflowers a virgin in the opening minutes. Said virgin, Chitose, is the little sister of Haru's ex-girlfriend, and one of the other university professors is after him, too. That's the plot, the rest is sex. And lots of it, and more explicitly presented than is common in anime. There is plenty of visible penetration and many genitals on display. Haru's also a pretty rough lover and Chitose gets roughed up some, which occurs frequently in anime.

Other than that, it's pretty basic Japanimation stuff. The dialogue is wordy, if not florid, sometimes. Other times, people communicate largely through looks and various grunts, gasps and exclamations. Caucasians have eyeballs up to their hairlines; that kind of stuff.

Look, nobody watches this stuff for its stunning artistic style, no matter how many comic book store habitués claim otherwise. They watch it for smutty cartoon action, and this tape has that in spades.
