Randy Paul and Felix wander the streets of Chinatown, looking for either food or discipline. They end up getting both at a weird restaurant staffed by Asian dommes. Foot worship, CBT, nipple chopstick torture, flogging and cropping are all served in an adequate, if not particularly thrilling manner. Gotta love the cutaways to a cat slinking across the floor, though. That's what you want in a restaurant.
