When the beefy plumber can't seem to rid the kitchen sink of standing water, Mistress Blondie handcuffs him to the oven, strips him down, and whups his plumber's butt. Over the course of three scenes, the macho swaggerer is transformed into a naked sniveling pile of man-flesh. Mistress Blondie is an unrelenting blonde pixie with a mean streak. She begins with a whip, proceeds to bare-hand slaps and spanks, then ties him to a shower and clothespins his pipe dragon. He is already near tears by this point, but she leads him to a closet and drips hot wax on his wee-wee just for good measure.
