For some reason, the box art for this Jonathan Morgan feature appears to posit it as a sexy thriller a la Fatal Attraction or Basic Instinct, when in fact it’s a light, fantastical romp much closer in story and tone to Groundhog Day.
Judge for yourself: Cassidy Klein plays … Cassidy (though according to the box her character’s name is Ursula), a highly unfaithful wife who gets visited by guardian angel Kyle Stone to be taught a lesson that involves her reliving the same night over and over until she gets it right; that is, goes home to husband Lucas Frost instead of fucking whomever she lays her eyes on at the bar where she keeps restarting the evening.
It would pretty much seem that the only “conflicted” party connected to this movie was the one in charge of the packaging. What can’t be denied, however, is the primo caliber of the casting and sexual heat across the board. Klein is in every sex scene but one—that one featuring the always tantalizing Casey Calvert—and none of them disappoint. Particularly broiling is the g/g jaunt Klein has with reigning AVN All-Girl Performer of the Year Jenna Sativa. Scrumptious.
All in all, a solid couples offering.
