A hilltop bed and breakfast has an all-dominatrix staff and is visited by a carload of good-looking 20-somethings who spend their time dressing up in leather and learning to obey. It's a "Brad and Janet" scenario, minus the musical numbers.

Part 1 focuses on the action inside of the kinky mansion. In the first scene, the staff is chastised for being very, very bad. Then the guests arrive, and the fun starts. There's a paddling in the bedroom, a man put in his place by a German-sounding bitch in a leather trench coat, and a very playful bath where Ivy English gets wet and soapy while wearing a purple strap-on.

Part 2 moves outside, beginning with a lust triangle next to a waterfall, where a very attractive young man is collared and leashed. The ladies of Dark Haven dress as topless nymphs for a soft-focus, floaty bit of lawn-frolicking erotica. Next, a birthday party turns into an excuse for getting the dudes outside, naked, and covered in ice cream, cake, and jellybeans, while the ladies giggle and scream.

Both tapes are filled with reddened butts, reprimands, boot-licking, and good-looking, athletic bodies clad in leather.
