The Sneaky Previews are audition tapes for Hot Body and they feature some very beautiful girls. A voice-over peppered with puns and innuendoes is delivered by an enthusiastic announcer who introduces each girl and provides some background information. The quality and format of the tapes are amazingly uniform, so it is the girls themselves who will be the subjective draws for different viewers. Each tape has five models in solo scenes, who start out clothed, strip seductively, and after plenty of finger-licking, display the goods while writhing in ecstasy.

Vol. 53 features the prettiest models in the reviewed volumes. They all have totally natural bodies. Vol. 54 includes a moonlighting police cadet named Rochelle and a flight attendant named Dani Diamond in addition to XXX pro Jeanie Rivers. Two of the girls have implants. Vol. 55 features girls with tattoos, and Nicole Sheridan whips out a vibrator for her scene. Vol. 56 is the multi-cultural tape, with Armenian/German Kelly Kole, Blatina Stephanie Gold, Sicilian/Native American cover girl Venus, and white girls Zoe and Lauren.
