Punished in Plaid is a pure tongue-in-cheek, almost comic book twist on the bondage genre that deserves to be pre-nomed in the B&D specialty tape category. If for nothing else, just on the merits of its script. College girls (hence, the plaid skirts) who have broken school rules to one degree or another are ushered into Jim DiGiorgio's office. DiGiorgio's wry voice-over-screen exchanges with the girls lead to only one conclusion - that the ladies walk the long mile to the warehouse to meet Mr. Nelson [Joey Strange], a real charmer with Popeye tattoos and a twisted sense of humor. Mr. Nelson builds things, cleans things and is, generally, the school enforcer in a way that Dr. Mengele was a genetic researcher.

The scholarly-looking Lena Ramon who's been caught smoking in the girls' room tells the chain-smoking Strange, "I thought you were a janitor." To which Strange, power drill in-hand replies, "You've seen my work, I'm no janitor." And thus begins a journey of uncomfortable discovery, not only for Ramon who anguishes about calling her parents, but Bianca Jordan and Cinnabunz as well who discover what that 2x4 scaffolding in the warehouse is really used for. A very antic Ramon suggests both to DiGiorgio and Strange that the school re-think the corporal punishment policies, and it's obvious by the response that not too much time is going to be invested with reconstructionist policies. Every square inch of Ramon's body, which is rigged like a window display in a bait and tackle shop, is deployed to solicit physical stress including the use of her skirt as weight resistance in tandem with her nipple rings.

Bianca Jordan, who could pass for Kristi Myst, has gone to class without a bra and receives some first class cracks to the ass as does Cinnabunz who's been caught wearing a halter top and no bra, and for which she's the recipient of the spanking/pube torture combo - very popular at B&D drive-throughs. Even if you've never darkened the door of a "specialty tape," this is the feature that can seriously tempt you to knock three times and tell 'em Gene sent you.
