Eight scenes, four of them ladies-only, in this latest edition of what Holliday is calling the "Jill & Jim Show" because of the presence of the lovely Ms. Kelly in the intro bumpers. Holliday seizes the opportunity to tell the viewer that there is one point in all of his videos where the woman is in control, thus the title of the tape. Jill is in two of the scenes, a g/g with Sydnee Steele, and a b/g with Julian in which she plays a cop looking for a weapon (oh, did you guess?) and whose cop uniform is secured with Velcro. She also holds a cigarette between her toes for Holliday to smoke, one of several foot-oriented sequences in the tape.

One scene is a leftover (the Charmane/Devin Wolf pairing was rescued from the Perfect Smiles sessions and was already seen on that DVD) and they're all brightly lit; and the people are properly enthusiastic.
