Hey, what could be more synergistic than anal sex and suicide - cigarettes and crystal meth? Jessica Darlin portrays an angel of death who shows up just as some sad sack has killed him/herself, and illustrates to the unfortunate corpse all the erotic joys of ass their life could have held. The whole effect falls on the side of shock-value-for-shock-value's-sake, rather than the dark and interesting portrait of despair it ought to have been; but at least it's a return to the style that Extreme Associates fans have been deprived of lately. Creatively speaking, the fingers of cameraman/editor Slain Wayne are wiggling all over the clit of this one, with his imaginative edits, animation sequences and non-sex cameo as a Heaven's Gate-type cult leader.
Sexually, it's solid overall; although the piledriver-anal between Bridgett Kerkove and Lexington Steele is a little disappointing. More successful is Jack Hammer's matchup with Allysin Embers in a hard, fast colon-crammer; a very good group grope between Darlin, Luciano, Backey and Rich Handsome; and the sidesaddle-anal opener between Kristi Myst and Herschel Savage.
