Herschel Savage is a crime boss who just got sprung from the pen, and as we meet him he's in the back of a limo on his way to a meeting with his capi, played here by porn boys who stand around in monochrome ensembles talking in clipped tones trying to sound dangerous and mean.
While Hersch was in stir, some of his underlings ran around being bad little gangsters and muckin' with the bosses' interests. They're due for what the Godfather of Soul called "gitback," and what is referred to in more common terminology in this production's title.
Also while he was inside, Savage left his exotic little daughter Layla in the tutelage of Mark Davis, who was, of course, poking her but good as soon as the gate slammed shut on dear ol' dad. A Layla/Davis round of couch coitus is one of two erotic high points here, the other being an Erik Everhard/Tera Patrick have-at which also hits on all cylinders.
