It's the "insider's theme" again, this time in a girls' locker room at the gym. Pretty young ladies get dressed and undressed, shower and work out a bit, not in any particular order. The hand-held camera makes for very wobbly images and the cutting jumps back and forth from one scene to the next. The girls seem to be having a great time, as they soap one another up and help rinse off in the shower and smack each other's butts - and there are some fine-looking butts to be seen.

The girls appear to be all-natural and some of the yoga-like contortions they manage to get into are amazing. Bits of conversation are heard throughout which lend credence to this being shot just for fun by another girl from the group. Lots of nudity of the most innocent sort, with the girls completely relaxed and getting silly for the camera, such as when they squeeze their breasts together for a close-up.
