Seeking revenge on a white slaver who has kidnapped her sister, Eve Ellis sets out to ruin Tory Sinclair. The perky redhead Ellis, and her friend Nina Neon, are both abducted, bound and gagged by Sinclair's henchman, and Sinclair is free to fondle and torment them. The captives convince the henchman to turn on his boss and soon it is Sinclair himself who is struggling.

The girls are secured by ropes as well as leather restraints, and they appear both nude and in sexy lingerie. Eventually all three women are left tied, taped and whimpering as the double-crossed Garth calls the cops. A quick vignette of blonde Stacy Burke writhing in ropes closes the tape.
