When it comes to smoking up a screen you can rely either on a natural disaster being the cause of it, or Dick and Jane up to their old tricks.

The title is a combo of both: a synthesis of the raw elements providing a framework and raw, majestic sex taking advantage of it. The Northridge earthquake created more than a little physical havoc, and some of it is on display here as Dick and Jane do a road trip, surveying damage and how people have coped with it.

With electrical power off, the first scene is lensed by candlelight as Dick and Jane visit Michael J. Cox and Marilyn Martin. Marilyn provides an extempo strip, using one of the candles to drip hot wax on parts of her body you generally don't see hot wax being dripped on. The effect-by-candle renders an almost grotesque pox-like look to Marilyn's skin, and, fortunately, this circus act doesn't proceed for any inordinate amount of time.

After showering and toweling off, Marilyn allows Michael to shave her smooth as a baby's ass at talc time. A stinging champagne libation is poured on her freshly manicured public region (and her ass crack), all of which proceeds more purposeful male-female rhapsodizing.
