The Coven (first reviewed October '93) stars Janine, Steven St. Croix, and the late Kristi Lynn in a visually appealing -- if somewhat cryptic -- film exploring mysticism, pagan rites and sexual fantasy; a fire-side gangbang features Tianna Taylor, Nick East, Mark Davis and Alex Sanders, and ends with a triple-facial to Taylor. As features go, White Wedding (October '95) is generally unremarkable, but the all-star cast and multiple-angle sex will probably be enough to satisfy most viewers; there's some particularly stroke-worthy action involving Chasey Lain and Jill Kelly, so be sure to let their fans know about it.

Both discs are chapter indexed, include bonus sex clips, and feature user-controlled multi-angle playback during the sex.  Each disc also contains the new, viewer-friendly Vivid Girl bios and Vivid's ballyhooed 3D "Bad Girls' Room."

There's some color bleeding/banding and a few video dropouts from time to time on The Coven, no doubt due to the age of the source material.  Both discs show a degree of pixelation, but rarely did we find it a distraction. Interestingly, both DVDs duplicate their respective content on each side of the disc -- a definite plus, should one side become scratched or otherwise damaged beyond playability.
